单管螺旋稳流机

        单管螺旋稳流机适用于干燥粉状物料的连续、均匀供料，如生料、煤粉、水泥等粉状物料的给 料和短距离的输送。常用于粉料库(仓)底的卸(喂)料。
        Single pipe and screw feeder is used to convey dry and powder material continuously, such as raw material, coal powder, and cement etc. powder to convey in short distance. It is used to feed material at the bottom silo.

结构特点：
        采用方形口进料不易堵料，可保证输送管内粉料充填率髙。进料口受料端的异型螺旋叶有对物 料搅拌均匀便于喂料的作用。喂料管全长螺旋叶片的结构形式符合受料段、供料段和稳流段的输送 规律，保证了管内物料均匀的填充率。本系列产品按驱动方式分为ⅠⅡ一固定转速，Ⅱ一手动无级调速， 均采用高效率、高速比的摆线针轮减速机。Ⅱ型更配以新型电磁调速电机，调速范围广、运行平稳、 噪音低、结构紧凑，可以调节物料流量，满足不同的生产要求。
Structure feature:
        It is used square and big inlet, not easy to block material. It can guarantee high filling rate of powder material in conveying pipe. Screw impeller from inlet can mix and feed material even. Screw impeller structure should comply with received material section, supplied material and stable material section. Guarantee the filling rate in pipe. This series product has fixed speed(l), manual, no stage and variable speed (II). They are all used high efficiency and high rate cycloid needle wheel reducer. Type II is matched with new type and magnetic variable speed motor. It has wide variable speed, stable driving,no noise and tight structure etc.
